To, The Chief Manager, Bank Of India, Head Office, Sir, I am Rajendra Kumar Verma s/o Rajaram Verma from Gauri Bazar,Sarojani Nagar,Lucknow. Sir I respcetlly say that i have a land 1260 square foot in Sarojani Nagar area in Lucknow. On that land i took a loan of 300000 rupees in 2007 from Bank Of India Sarojani nagar branch. On that time branch manager issued 300000/= loan on that land accourding to market value of that land. In this loan Pawan Lal s/o Babu lal from Gauri Bazar,Sarojni Nagar,Lucknow is a garenter with his land. In starting I was deposite installment time to time but after some time i was unable to deposite the installment due to bad financial condition. so related bank issued a notice for submitted remaining installment arround 583243 rupees. when i was recieve notice i was submitted 50000 rupees in 2011 after that notice bank was not issued any other notice. For submitting the remaining installment i was sell this land to Mr.Haseen khan s/o Mr.Hasan khan from D/S 620,Sector D,L.D.A. Colony lucknow in 800000 rupees. and done an agreement of 50000 rupees to mr. Haseen Khan in 16/04/2012. According to the condition Mr. Haseen Khan deposite installment 60000 rupees in 19/04/2012 and 195000 rupees in 24/04/2012 to the bank of india when the branch manger Mr. A.K. Khan is agree with garenter Pawan lal And Mohd. Umar s/o Barkat Ali. When this rupees is submitted branch manager is not told that bank is ocction or sell that land. Actually sir in this time the market value of that land is arround 1000000 rupees but brach manager Mr.A.K. Khan and garenter Pawan Lal make a fraud and sell that land in 401000 rupees to the honour of Singh hotel in 2011. sir branch manager sold that land in 2011 but Mr.Haseen Khan submitted remaining installment in 2012 and he have original receipt of this installments and branch manager receive that tow installment It is clear that branch manager make fraud on that land. so sir i am requesting that please you take legal action against the branch manager and cancelled that ocction and back my land to me .
