Dear Sir, This is to inform you that on 8th May 2016, I have submitted a request letter to you regarding keeping the Broad band services on my telephone No. 2326728 in safe custody since I am going out of station and accordingly the bills may be raised. The receipt of which is available with me. This is further to inform you that the bill for the month of May 16, raised on 1st june 2016, which was received by me, was billed for the full amount, the payment of which has already been made by me. Again the bill for the month of June 2016 raised on 1st july has also been raised for the full amount. You are requested to kindly adjust the excess amount paid in the subsequent bills. I am still out of station for few more months and would request to keep my telephone number and Broadband under safe custody. I shall inform resuming of Telephone and Broad band services on my return .You are also requested to raise future bills as per the rules. Maa Khamahya Temple is located around 135 km from lucknow city(U.P). Visiting the temple by own vehicle is the most convinient way becoz local transport is not very comfortable in that area. But local transport is available. In order to reach the temple one needs to reach 'Rudauli' town first, Rudauli town is located on lucknow-faizabad Highway around 80 km from lucknow then from rudauli town you wil have to take a right turn and travel another 50 km and you will reach Maa Kamakhya temple.
